*This tincture is meant to be used over a period of time to help balance and manage discomfort during perimenopausal and menopausal  transitions. We use a blend of balancing, cooling, and grounding herbs to support hot flashes, mood swings, agitation, nervous tension, general stress, occasionally interrupted sleep, and tiredness.
